Inflatable Fabric Resealing
As your vintage, classic or modern holiday inflatable ages with use and time, the fabric will slowly become more porous and leak air. This is due to the polyurethane factory coating slowly wearing off over time, with yearly exposure to UV rays and all sorts of inclement weather.
FestiveAire uses proprietary modern sealants that have been rigorously tested for both quality and longevity. Contrary to what you might think, recoating your inflatable is not as simple as slapping on sealant; applied too thinly, the coating will fail to hold air in, and applied to thickly, the coating can crack and peel off the fabric.
When we reseal your holiday inflatables, we take our time and do things the right way. Each project is different. Work could include: full disassembly, inverting the inflatable inside out to coat from the inside, exterior coating with either brushes, air sprayers or both, multiple coat applications, and intense testing for thin spots.

We price our resealing projects based on size: the dimensions below are measured by greatest number of feet, by either length or height:

🎄 5.5ft to 8ft: $70
🎄 8.5ft to 12ft: $95

Fan Repair & Replacement
The fan motor of your inflatable is the heart of the unit. At FestiveAire, we offer both repair and replacement services to keep your inflatable blowing up nice and tight, as well as fan upgrades to larger units with more power and torque. This sometimes becomes necessary as the inflatable wears with time.
We are very selective with the fans we provide and use, exclusively using Gemmy Industries base A/C fans for larger units to maintain exceptional quality standards. In most cases, it will be much more cost effective for you to have your fan replaced rather than repaired, but we will advise you on this prior to service.
Fan Repair/Replacement Pricing
🎃 Fan Repair: $50/hr labor
🎃 Fan Replacement: Cost of fan + $25/hr labor rate (typically 0.5-1.5 hours)
🎃 Fan Upgrade/Modification: Cost of fan + $50/hr labor rate (typically 1-2 hours)
Lighting and Animation Repair
Holiday inflatable lighting and animation are hallmarks of some of the most classic models ever made. As these features wear with time, pieces of the inflatable can stop moving, turn dim, or simply malfunction.
In some cases, these features can be repaired or replaced using new motors, mini fans, or other motion mechanisms. However, because very few replacement parts for inflatable animation were made and exist for sale today, whether or not your animation or lighting features can be repaired depend on the model. We will advise you on this during your project estimate process.
Lighting and Animation Repair Pricing
🎁 Lighting Repair: Cost of new lights/parts (if applicable) + $25/hr labor rate (typically 0.5-1 hour)
🎁 Animation Repair: Cost of new animation mechanisms/parts (if applicable) + $40/hr labor rate (timing varies)
Fabric Rip and Tear Repair
When you’ve got large nylon and polyester balloons in your yard every holiday season, they’re bound to catch some nasty weather here and there, including occasional high winds and storms. This wind (and debris from storms) can cause fabric to tear, whether at a seam, or out in open,.flat portions of the inflatable.
The FestiveAire team has 15 years of repairing holiday inflatables, and over that time period, you can imagine we’ve seen some nasty rips and tears. With numerous options ranging from specialty patches to flexible adhesives to even stitching in select cases, there’s always options for how to best repair physical damage to the fabric.

Pick Up and Delivery Services
We want to make your services with us as easy and convenient as possible.
First things first: we can work on your holiday inflatables no matter where you are in the country. Simply send us your items via UPS, FedEx or US Mail, and we can repair your family favorite Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter or 4th of July inflatables no matter where you are in America! Return shipping can be arranged by adding the cost to your invoice before payment.
However, if you are local to Northeast Ohio and the greater Cleveland area, you also have two more options: either dropping off your inflatables yourself at our shop, or having us come pick them up for you. Our pick up and delivery service area is shown above, and can be done for a small added fee (typically $15-$25 per way).
